What's covered
VEIL LIVING residential covers carry a 10-year warranty against powder-coat finish failure (fading, chalking, peeling) and structural defects (frame failure, hardware corrosion) under normal use. Commercial Unicover enclosures carry a 5-year warranty. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty.
What's not covered
Damage from improper installation, physical impact, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's specified environment (e.g. coastal salt exposure without our marine-package upgrade). Cosmetic wear from normal aging is expected on any exterior finish and is not a defect.
How to file a claim
Email support with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of when you noticed it. We'll respond within 3 business days with a resolution — repair, replacement panel, or full replacement, at our discretion.
Transferable
The warranty stays with the cover, not the original buyer. If you sell your home, the new owner keeps the remaining warranty period — just have them email us with your original order number.
Registration
No registration required. Your Shopify order confirmation is your warranty record. Save it.
