By using the VEIL LIVING website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
Product information
We try to describe our products accurately, but colors on your screen may differ from the powder-coat finish in person. Order our touch-up pen in a stock color if you need to verify the match before ordering a full cover. Dimensions in the sizing guide are the source of truth — website photography is illustrative.
Intellectual property
Everything on the site — text, photography, graphics, code — is owned by VEIL LIVING or licensed to us. Don't copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
Warranty and limitation of liability
Product warranties are described on our warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEIL LIVING's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VEIL LIVING against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VEIL LIVING is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
