Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe) and never stored on our servers. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics: pages visited, referring source, device type, and general location (city/region).
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, ship products, respond to support requests, send order updates, and — if you've opted in — send occasional marketing emails. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share with
We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us operate: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight partners), and email/marketing tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies for cart persistence, session management, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work but cart features may be limited.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
