Production lead time
Every VEIL LIVING cover is made to order. Standard mini-split and line-set covers ship in 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Central AC and heat-pump covers ship in 3–5 weeks. Commercial Unicover rooftop enclosures are custom-produced and ship in 4–6 weeks.
Free shipping threshold
Orders of $250 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders below that threshold are quoted at cost based on package dimensions and destination.
Carriers
Small parcels (accessories, panels, paint) ship via UPS Ground with tracking. Full covers ship via FedEx or freight carrier depending on size. Central AC and rooftop enclosures require freight — you'll receive a delivery-window call from the carrier before drop-off.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian addresses are quoted separately due to freight surcharges. International shipping outside North America is available on request — contact us for a quote.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our facility. For freight shipments, the carrier will call you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a window.
Delivery
Freight shipments are curbside delivery. You'll need someone at the address to receive and inspect the crate. Photograph any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing — this protects your right to file a freight claim.
