30-day window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused cover in original packaging. Small accessories (paint, hardware) may be returned within 30 days if unopened.
Made-to-order covers
Standard color and size VEIL LIVING covers can be returned within the 30-day window subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover finish and inspection. Custom colors, custom sizes, and Unicover rooftop enclosures are non-returnable — please confirm sizing with us before ordering.
Damage in transit
If your cover arrives damaged, photograph the crate before opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll file the freight claim and ship a replacement — you won't be charged.
How to start a return
Email support with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label for accessories, or arrange freight pickup for full covers. Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
Wrong size or color? We'll exchange it — you cover return freight, we cover the outbound freight on the replacement. Restocking fee is waived on exchanges.
